MacBook A1278 Damaged LCD Circuit

Published July 7, 2019 at 1048 × 1058 in Resurrecting a dead MacBook Pro (mid-2012 13-inch, model A1278)

Damage to the LCD connector, U9701/LP8500 backlight chip and what used to be a fuse. U5400/INA213 current sense amplifier and R5400 can be seen at the bottom – it is missing 2 pins!
